No. Prior arrangement and heads-up on subject matter is preferred but not essential.
Q3: What do I do if my call is not answered?
We may be attending to other cases and would from time-to-time check whether we missed any calls. You may send us a WhatsApp message (+6581795189) as a reminder for us to return call.
Q4: Can I walk-in to your office for After-Hours Support?
Our After-Hours Support are only available when our office closes. Support is mainly provided virtually over WhatsApp calls/ messages, video conference and/ or emails.
Q5: Would I be connected to a chat bot?
No. You would be connected directly with experienced professionals (for avoidance of doubt: real humans, real expertise) who are able to provide quick, clear and practical guidance.​

Q6: Would I be subjected to additional charges for utilising After-Hours Support?

No, if it is within the scope of After-Hours Support (Refer to Q1). If formal work is required outside of office opening hours, fees (with or without overtime charges) would be agreed with clients beforehand.
