Aijuan began her corporate secretarial career in 2004. Her experience spans all aspects of corporate secretarial work for a diverse range of entities, including public-listed companies, public and private companies, offshore companies, branches, representative offices, societies and NPOs.

 

In her recent tenures, she played pivotal roles in designing and developing corporate secretarial systems, focusing on streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency of her firms. Her extensive industry knowledge and drive to modernize corporate secretarial practices ensures that her clients receive quality services and up-to-date solutions that are tailored according to needs.

 

Aijuan is a Practising Chartered Secretary and has served as Company Secretary for both public-listed and private companies.
