A registered address is a company’s official legal address.

Companies must provide their registered address during incorporation. In addition to being a location when physical notices and remainders can be served by the authorities, the registered office/ address enables members of the public to reach out to the office, if necessary, and facilitate the delivery of legal documents.

The registered office must be an address in Singapore (not a P O Box) and need not be the principal place of business or operation. Residential address can be used as registered address after approval under the Home Office Scheme is obtained.
